'Schedule for later' is an essential feature that needs to be added to any kind of communication or creation platform or app.Especially to support folks with #adhd Being able to immediately write that email, that text, post that update and schedule it to go out at an 'appropriate' time is probably one of the biggest quality of life, mental health, work-life hacks.My brain needs to take care of it NOW - and much more effective than reminders and adding it to a todo list.

I'm working with a mentee. They are having a rough go at it and are very economically challenged. They are actively job searching.Currently, all they have is a cell phone. I'd love to be able to get them a computer - a #Chromebook would be more than enough. Does anyone know of a non-profit that helps get tech to socio-economically challenged folks? To all my Apple folks. I've been searching and cannot find the exact solution and it's imperative that I do.I need to turn off the option on both my Mac and iOS devices to easily share the WiFi password.My kid has figured out a way to log into the "parent" wifi network by simply "sharing" it.She figured out when she is on my iPad or Mac that if she tries to log-in to the "parent" network on her own iPad it will easily share the password.#ios #ipados #macos #privacy #security #childsafety

😑 There are necessary times when she needs to be on my devices, and I don't wanna me helicoptering over her shoulder the whole time. BTW if anyone from Apple needs someone to test their parental restrictions or child safety of any kind, my kid is for hire. She is quite adept at skirting anything and everything and she's not even 12. Might as well start making money of this astonishing skill. Not joking.

She has also figured out the Screen Time code, that I now change weekly. I need the Screen Time code to be longer. 4 digits is not enough. I also need 2 factor-authorization on changing any of the Screen Time Settings. And yes, this is more of a personal post. I might start posting more of my concerns and realities of how utterly brilliant digital native kids are and how 90% of the restrictions and safety mechanisms don't work in reality. THEY ALSO SHARE THEIR HACKS WITH EACH OTHER.
