As a gay man, I believe that as long as the mainstream LGBTQ community continues to find excuses to attack paraphiles for their attractions and identities, bigots will find a way to repurpose those same attacks against all queer people, impeding my ability to have the life I want with the man I love.Queer progress ends where paraphile hate begins. That's why we're seeing the same attacks that paraphiles have been victims of for decades retargeted at LGBTQ people in an attempt to erode the rights they've spent those decades fighting for.If we want to succeed, we can't give bigots an inch against anyone.

@comrade_lecter Agree with you on zetas in general, but tbh I think the bigger problem here is just the idea that you can accomplish something by simply adding or replacing stripes on a digital rectangle. Sure, representation is nice, but it's meaningless if it's not paired with action
