@riserise I literally just finished with an eviction about 15 minutes ago that had started in September. It took them until now to finally kick him out. And now I'm waiting around because I know they're going to break back in, so I'm hiding just around the corner with sheriff department

@riserise yeah these fags were dealing drugs in front of me in broad daylight so I told them in September that they had a month to get out and it's Just taken the government this long to do the whole eviction process plus getting writ of possession

Landchad Storytime:Taking inventory in one of my apartment complexes because we recently had to evict a couple squatters.One of the units only paid rent, didn't pay the water and sewer bill, so I went to see what was going on and to give them a late noticeTurns out the guy who was living there started illegally subletting to a bunch of illegals who don't speak EnglishI talked to down to them condescendingly in German while I used Google translate to leave them a note about emailing me explaining the situation. In the meantime, I had my district manager trying to track down what happened to the tenant, and he just got back to me that the tenant was arrested this afternoon for trying to buy drugs from a cop
