       @Karoli This piece was what broke me. I actually got teary eyed for what I will miss from my favorite writers there, but I won’t be sending any more of my hard earned money to a company that officially advocates for robbing me, my husband and everyone else. Just no.

       @stux We are unexpectedly between pets just now and very sad. I mean, my working dog was the same as a pet when he was off duty and definitely loved and spoiled.I feel better when other people share their pets here. ☺️

       The thing about being a blind person with a new dog is that you learn early on what your dog will do if you start to step on her tail while she is enthusiastically chomping her hoof. Sassy will remove said tail and scooch a ways and carry on while I find someplace better to put my feet. She is a good dog.

I’m learning a lot and seeing that others I follow who also follow you are refining their techniques. Turning the tide against the voter suppressors is about the most important thing to do, so I’m delighted.

       @Wolven @smooz But people keep electing Republicans in enough numbers to allow them to ensure the funding and legislation won’t be forthcoming for at least another couple of years. Until enough people vote better. We’re all stuck.
