I'm using #KeePassXC as my main passwords storage, beside complicated long password base is locked with yubikey. This is a bit annoying to use on cellphone, every time I have to pull out my keychain to get access to database, so I'm also using #BitWarden for less important passwords. But recently I found another really nice usage for it... as bookmark storage. Really private, automatically sync the vault on all devices I use, folders to organize and easy to use with other people if I have to.

@brandon yeah, keeping all eggs in single bucket? Oh, actually I have 1 (!) 2fa code in my #bitwarden vault, game I don't care about, but they made launcher so complicated, that keeping that 2fa is really helpful. And of course, bit warden's vault itself locked with long password and yubikey.

Crap, #medium "fixed" their site by adding some smart scripts and now I can't just toss link to wallabag or open w/out scripts to read. :blobcatsadlife: I guess, I'll block this dumpster in /etc/hosts, if people want to use it for sharing their thought instead of #writefreely or #bearblog (both work perfectly with zero scripts allowed, using lynx for example) then I have no time fight with silly scripts.

@thenewoil that actually made me thinking of BitWarden as well. I'm using it for couple years for now and of course with Yubikey as second F. But I was trying to find information how exactly they use this key - just as formal pass at login stage or use part of response for actual encryption as it does KeePassXC, so even if bad actor gets encrypted database will it be able to brute-force theoretical weak password or still safe?Do you have any insights on that?

Bad part of having couple alt accounts for Mastodon? Dropping toot in wrong window :-) Anyway, this Russian composer just passed away, I really loved his music when I was into electronic, now I just enjoy. Give him a try, he was really good - OSTs for Tarkovsky's Stalker, Solaris for example, other movies, and just music.
