       @tschaefer ja, ist so. Und gehört dokumentiert - also ordentlich, so dass man es beim Kauf gleich mitbekommt. Ist deswegen aber nicht zwingend kaputt, es hat nur eine Funktion nicht, die du vermutlich gerne hättest.

I hope youre not dead.Usually I think the creator being dead makes the website a little more interesting, plus makes my archiving efforts a little more valuable, since maybe itll go down sometime and all thatll be left is my wayback machine archive. But you remind me of my father. He also works with computers. You even look a little like him, when he was young. Your writing style vaguely reminds me of that of the author of "hitchikers guide to the galaxy" which coincidentally is one of my fathers favorite books. So I would be sad if you were dead.

       @tschaefer weil man eine qualifizierte Einwilligung braucht (eventuell das falsche Wort). Es muss eben ein gültiger Vertrag zustande kommen und nicht nur etwas was „in den AGB“ steht. Ob das am Ende vor Gericht bestand hätte ist zwar wieder eine andere Frage, aber ohne sowas würde es vermutlich nicht mal verhandelt werden.
