@LordWoolamaloo in those situations I just take take a picture of their license plate, a lot of drivers seem to remember the law when they realise theyâre being recorded

@LordWoolamaloo not sure if itâs worth reporting them to the Edinburgh licensing board, saw one PHC driver on his handheld phone today, and had another shout at me for daring to cross a junction and indicate he must give way, not to mention the multiple illegally parked taxis and PHC
