       @futurebird I actually once asked my vet if Fancy Feast was the McDonald’s of cat food. He said “no, it’s the crack cocaine of cat food”. Hard to get them to accept anything else once they’ve tried it.

       @futurebird That’s one of the things I most like about cats. They are just creative and inventive enough (and maybe most crucially, independent enough) that they all just end up figuring out “how to be a cat” in their own way.

       @futurebird Ages ago I used it to organize cassette tapes (mixes, recordings, etc) and I could print out the box inserts right from the app.

       @futurebird I haven’t played Stardew Valley, but Minecraft is similarly full of undiscoverable features you need a Wiki to discover. For a 90s comparison I’d look at the old Infocom text based games - you could buy books of hints and walkthoughs, or maybe find similar help on Usenet.
