@magicalthinking I actually don't think EU are pussies. The reason is that EU bureaucracy developed a profitable corruption relations with Kremlin, like every German top-level politician after retirement gets consultant position in orcish oil industry. And if EU confronts Muscovy, all the benefits will get lost, so they need outer force to bring Muscovites to sanity
