I really like unusual industrial design and I think that's what attracted me to the ACT Apricot Portable. It's weird prism design with IR keyboard and LCD looks amazing, but is quite impractical.It has an 8086 processor, 80x25 display, speech recognition, runs MS-DOS 2.11 or CP/M, but I've never been able to get mine to boot beyond this screen. Not sure if it's a problem with my disks or the drive.#vintagecomputing #retrocomputing #computer #retro

@penguin42 I always assumed it would just recognise simple commands, but mine is missing the external microphone that you need for that.Also I think I need to get it to boot first anyway! 🙂

I managed to clone myself in chocolate. It's not.a great scan, but I wasn't really trying. 3D printed a mould in the best quality I could on my Ender 3 Pro, but if I was doing it properly I'd probably have some SLA printed moulds professionally made.Still pretty pleased with the very creepy results!#3Dprinting #chocolate #beantobar #ender3 #fdm

Doing more #3dprinting and learning all the time. I love these modular interlocking drawers, they're great for organising components and other small stuff.I think I'll be printing a lot of these!
