@newt there used to be a way to avoid this, where if you had a recovery email setup, the prompt would changeinstead of asking you for a phone number it would ask you to confirm the recovery email. completion would let you log into the account and add the device as trusted. not sure if it still works...

@TechUr David Fincher is hard to beat but I think Jim Jarmusch would be an interesting choice. His movie Only Lovers Left Alive had a lot of the vibe and world building that you would expect from a VTM movie

@TechUr Fincher would be better I think though...From what I've seen, his movies do a lot better at creating intrigue and plot twists and stuff. Since like a big part of Vampire is like betrayals, plots, relationships gone wrong... like film noir stuffAlthough I haven't watched a lot of David Fincher movies

@triodug i hate that the news ones are trying to expand on the """""worldbuildling""""" like part of what made the first one so cool was that it didnt really feel like it was part of some sort of over-arching saga it was just a one off silly storyI hope the Pillows turn down doing the soundtrack.
