       Balkanization is the reason I&#39;m going to Ozarkia. Not to hide, but to build and prepare. An EMP might not come, but I think a Yugoslavic style collapse is coming in my lifetime and it will be far worse than the violence between Serbs and Croats. Ozarkia has everything I want for my family. 90-95% White areas, no restrictions on building, affordable land, mountains, southern charm, and more. There are multiple networks happening there as we speak between SWN and RTTL.

       Once i get the land ill be up there at least every other weekend building. Im already in talks with a few people who do land buys and sell 3+ acres at a time for around $2,000 an acre which is an AMAZING price. Land down here in Louisiana goes for anywhere up to 75k an acre.
