@EvilSandmich @judgedread @NoDoxGregBrady Did anybody else catch that little piece in Trump's RNC speech where he said he was going to start paying down the national debt? To my knowledge (and I may be wrong) he's never mentioned that before nor seemed concerned with it in the slightest. It made my ears perk up when I heard it.

@judgedread @NoDoxGregBrady It seems like we saw maybe a glimpse of this earlier this year when, I don't recall how many states it ended up being, either supported or sent some aid (even if symbolic) to Texas to assist the border stuff in defiance of the Feds.

@judgedread LOL I was just thinking about Turbo's "AI" scam this afternoon wondering if he was still at it. I remember asking it about COVID vaccine's and it telling me they were safe and effective and it was a conspiracy theory to suggest otherwise. I spammed his timeline with screencaps of it asking him if this was what he meant by "based" and a few days later he banned us "freeloaders" from being able to post media. I'm sure it wasn't because of me but I probably didn't help any.

@judgedread I told an acquaintance the other day that it is possible that she may have almost as bad of a debate performance as Biden did. I still haven't met anybody in real life who thought she was anything other than a diversity hire at best and a literal whore at worst.

@judgedread At the risk of drawing the ban hammer, I am a Christian and I'm no longer sure what "box" I would be put in. I am mostly of the Southern Baptist persuasion (the Baptist Faith and Message, not the Convention). I would just like to say I can confidently state that I have learned more about the state of Christianity from reading your posts on the subject than I ever learned sitting in a church, and sadly, I am forced to agree that you're right about this. I ultimately stopped attending churches altogether when I couldn't find any that wouldn't avoid the uncomfortable parts (and there are a lot of them) with a 10 foot pole, while still loudly proclaiming to believe it to be 100% the inspired Word of God, just not so much the parts that offend anybody. Christianity in the west at least has been hyper-feminized, and Jesus turned into some effeminate hippy, and It was all just a very depressing realization.
