       First listen of the day is Sonny Rollins, The Bridge, to celebrate this great living legend's 93rd birthday. #nowplayingThe only time I saw him perform was at the 2008 Newport #Jazz Festival. Even then at age 78 he seemed old and frail. He hobbled up to the stage, needing some help, but when he put horn to mouth and began soloing, he was marching all over the stage wailing on the horn like he was in his twenties.        Among all the condemnation of Israel over the Gaza war, where is the outrage over the 200+ hostages still held by Hamas (mostly children and civilians), or use of hospitals and schools for weapons and command & control? How about Hamas blocking routes to safe zones, humanitarian aid and using civilians as human shields? It is Hamas that has put the Palestinians in harms way. Following the Oct7 terror attack, Israel must eliminate Hamas to secure peace for both P & I.
