@mike I couldn't agree more! Is everything has to become a subscription? Soon people will be forced to pay 1K$ a month tu use their technology. At the price they sell the car it should be part of the deal. I hate this subscription model. I get it for music and tv or stuff that makes sense but now it's everywhere. That's why I try to use FOSS as much as possible. I'd rather make a generous donation to a good project instead of a stupid subscription for something I already paid for.

@mike I'm seriously thinking about building my own open source platform to convert existent car into electric. And maybe start my own line of electric vehicle that are not remote controlled by corporation so people can save the planet while still owning their cars...
