@thor GAFAM be like: « we need to allow outsider, ex.: corporate email servers, to send/receive email through our networks and mitigate spams… or… only allow corporations to link their domain names and let us manage their emails so they are inside from the start and we can still block/mark as spam the rest. #France need to choose between “statu quo” or racism, sexism, xenophobia, demagogy, isolationism, “trumpism”… and many other bad things. Will people really give a nazi apologist a “chance” in hope of change ? Will Lepen succed where her Father failed by making a France with less égalité than ever ? I hope not :(

@ParadeGrotesque I agree that macron is not great. But given the options with this two-round system; I think Lepen would be worst for the country.All the elements you pointed out at Macron are also present and worst with Lepen... So.. no fun ^^^'It would be very ironic that the first women as president for France would be the one making the country go back on many women's rights.

Ah yes; nearly half of French population that voted wanted a Nazi apologist as president. They wanted less liberty for more security. They wanted oppression on minorities.I'm happy Macron passed. Now that the far right is away for 5 more years, I think it's a good time to try again to work on a better alternative to Macron for the next election. One that could make France progress instead of going back.Anyway, I'm happy for now.

@ParadeGrotesque when you talk about nationalizing private entreprises « on the go », you indeed loose most of rich people support ^^’ and since some of them hold the medias, it made it hard for Melenchon to have any main-steam traction. And since most rich people want less legislations to be able to exploit people at a lower cost and that was among Lepen proposal; like water that search for the less resistance many of them moved to Lepen.

@publius @psyklax I think everyone is underpaid until a glass ceiling then you are absurdly highly paid.Yep, Unions is the answer for now...Employer could argue some bullshit reasons... But it as nothing to do with functions or responsibilities; if it was the case nurses would be paid more than doctors... or the person manipulating a hot steel beam would be paid more than the one timing she/he's bathroom brakes...

@ParadeGrotesque me on a windows machine use to linux DE: "Why do I need to install an extra app to open that file? And why is my laptop distribuing updates when I just set it off again ?! I need that bandwith ! why is it asking me to reboot to apply that update ? I'm working I don't have time for that.. yes or remind me in 1 hours... seriously ?". then starting a big complitation and taking a break while it do it... come back to a fresh desktop with a "update applied" notification... arg...

Visiting my home country, Canada, with the in-laws and my wife. Funny how I really feel "home" and how they struggle... Like I did outside Canada. Find something to eat? Here you go. Need to buy this ? Just go there. Hey that's the songs I like being played in the restaurant! I told them to try to let go of their "way of doing things" and embrasse how it is here.. tonight they are still searching for a restaurant with european expresso and cheese plate... And there is none in the area...

@SDF I should have been more precise like "how much relatively to the other sdf servers/clusters". But then I realize that it's not really comparable in plain ÷ way. But good to know and thanks for the answer :)
