i’ll never get over the realisation of how even someone as “eccentric” as me is susceptible to group think. having my balloon burst over being a lifelong leftie 5 years ago was a harsh but necessary thing.i still consider myself a leftie... but holy fuck do i look at lefties in general differently these days. they look as nuts as the right half the time.

my geriatric kitty is deaf now. he’s ok but i find it very difficult to comfort him without being able to do it with my voice. poor old kitty. he was a starving traumatised stray who came to live here 5 years ago. i hope i’ve made him happy & comfortable. i love him

i’m way too old to subscribe all the way to the men bad women good thing. i’ve had my life made incredibly difficult too many fucking times by absolutely heartless monster women to ever go all in with that dichotomy. bad people are bad people. men are monsters in a whole diff way. the only time i’ve encountered a serious troll online who had an fb group with a few followers & tried to (sounds like hyperbole but its not) get me arrested for terrorism (?!?) it was a woman. she destroyed lives.

@Vajazzledvagina thank you sister. very kind words & i’m sincerely grateful for them. haha you got me with the mother thing. i’m semi estranged from mine - what i mean by that is i cant be around her, but i can do the occasional text message, & if something serious comes up in the family i can talk to her on the phone but that’s it. i haven’t even done the phone thing for years. haven’t seen either of my parents in a decade at least. my ma is a mean nasty piece of work.

i’m doing this my way from now on. not open to feedback. i went too extreme for about 3 years. i knew at the time i wasn’t comfortable being this extreme but i was leading with my head & my righteous anger. i don’t like being that person. full of despair & hate. i will never agree trans women are women & the fact that parents are transing their kids is insanity but otherwise i’m not gonna be full of hate, which was where i was headed. minor adjustment. nbd
