       @cattailnu Finally. All those days and nights had been worth it now that he was here. He fell on kis knees, barely aware of the scratches and bruises covering his legs. Everything was forgotten so easily when looking at what he had searched for all this time: The spring of life. He was so in awe that he hardly felt a thing when his head was severed from the body in one fell swoop. He'd never know of the creature in the shadows that'd continue collecting every poor soul believing in a miracle.

       @cattailnu There was this castle, sitting atop a mountain that looked as if someone had chiseled with great care a face out of the hard stone. It had always been there, this giant overlooking the bay underneath it. Sometimes clothes and bags were found on the sandy beaches below and people would say that on these days the trees suddenly seemed a lot healthier than before, with crimson flowers adorning the thick branches.
