I read a good WashPo article on the whole Musk/Ukraine/Starlink debacle. https://wapo.st/3P7FAUwI'm no Musk apologist, but the narrative is more complex than I expected. I didn't know, for example, that there was a StarGuard satellite system for military purposes that eventually the Ukraine network got added to. It's still strange for a single person to control another country's national defense strategy. #musk #starlink #ukraine

@tek This was an astounding feat of puzzle solving and quick reaction times. I could barely register the pieces coming down, let alone see an upcoming piece and plan where it should go. Simply amazing.I love watching people "beat" the old games by simply forcing the game to run out of memory.

I wrote my undergraduate thesis on #Iran's nuclear program. I learned two things:- All countries, including Iran, have a right to peaceful nuclear power.- Whether the U.S. condemns a country's covert nuclear weapons program depends largely on whether we are allies with the country. Israel's program is illegal, and destabilizing, but they are allies, so...🤷
