@EU_Commission You should advertise use of mastodon and the rest of the fediverse among EU institutions and research projects. I can imagine also that fediverse would be a nice complement to FI-Ware and Gaia-X services set.

@EU_Commission While you are at it, maybe you should also look at the long term rental scams. I've noticed a lot of them on #facebook .Basic schema is like this:1) scammer offers to rent a great flat for little money 2) when contacted, they claim that they cannot meet because they are already abroad, but offer to let the potential customers inspect the flat if they deposit some money in their account.3) grab the money and disappear.

@EU_Commission @EEAS @IHI @eib Please add official accounts for all the accounts that are currently mirrored at respublicae.eu. EU accounts should make full #TwitterMigration ASAP and make mastodon their primary home, with bots sending a copy of the message to Twitter - not the other way around.

@EU_Commission Yes, and?#Revolut already has instant transfers and it works. My Austrian bank has a switch that one has to explicitly use to get instant transfer, which is a sham. And the one my wife uses apparently hasn't even implemented it. There is no excuse for this.Give the banks six months to implement the instant money transfers system. Make it expensive for those that don't. And publish a white and black list so that we know which banks to use.
