@mastodonusercount Does anyone know who maintains this #bot? This graph doesn't look right, looks like it was stuck for a while and now trying to catch up.

The #Twitter bird is now officially dead as #ElonMusk has replaced the Twitter bird with an "X".During an exchange with a Twitter user who asked what to call Twitter posts after the rebrand, Musk confirmed that they're no longer "tweets" but "x's"...#technews #birdsite https://www.theverge.com/2023/7/24/23805415/twitter-x-logo-rebrand-bird-farewell-to-birds

@todayilearned I know this is a bot but the US is definitely not the only country that puts eggs in the fridge. Most Canadians do as well & is common practice in parts of Asia.Heck, for example, in Singapore, this is the recommended practice: https://www.sfa.gov.sg/food-for-thought/article/detail/eggs-to-refrigerate-or-notSame advice is given in Hong Kong, except that eggs might not be sold refrigerated: https://www.cfs.gov.hk/english/multimedia/multimedia_pub/multimedia_pub_fsf_189_03.html

If you grew up in #Canada, there's a really good chance that you've used these #Laurentien #pencil #crayons.Unfortunately they were discontinued back in 2012...

@edgarmtoro @65dBnoise There seems to be a small campaign to nudge the CBC to the fediverse: https://mstdn.ca/@jd/110816301732531167

@boilingsteam Personally I think it's mainly that Proton/WINE has gotten so good in recent years, there's not a major reason to have a native port. Like you said, many native ports had their issues. While it's great to have native ports, a poor running native port is infinitely worse than a Windows build that runs amazing via Proton/WINE.The fact that the game runs on Linux is a huge win, most people don't care if it's native or not, they just want it to work, just look at the Steam Deck!

The ubiquitous lime green COVID tests may not be as accurate as first believed. There are allegations that the supplier may have excluded important test data when submitting to Health Canada. Its poor efficacy on medium & low viral loads has led to experts warning people to only trust it if it provides a positive reading but don't trust it if it provides a negative reading.https://globalnews.ca/news/10183219/covid-test-supplier-canada/#COVID #COVIDTest #HealthCanada #Canada
