       @dgold @aurynn You’re misisng the point.Every time someone on Mastodon follows you from another instance, that instance caches your posts (for how long?) and provides a public website with aggregate information about popular links.What Im doing is LESS invasive than that in both respects, and that fact is really important in terms of deciding whether or not its actually a problem.
