@BrodieOnLinux as a father of 3, I don't always get time to play a game. But when I do, I garauntee it's updating the game, and rebuilding assets, and getting to play for 10 minutes.

@BrodieOnLinux The only good use-case for this is a local-only gaming machine, paired with a good firewall like pfsense (with good firewall rules), then a server that handles a steam-cache, and something like a squid proxy. Optimally, you'd be able to get slightly more performance out of your hardware, with all the fun of learning all about networking, ports, and rules.

@BrodieOnLinux I woke up, saw Chris Titus had blogged about this as well, and remembered a cool utility. WsusOffline could be used to manually handle updates.I still can't condone using AtlasOS, but it's a un thought experiment to work around the issues.

Anybody that beta tests Emby should remove the Data Explorer plugin, as it makes the web interface inaccessible.

@BrodieOnLinux In general, I dislike the naming of core/basic linux applications.I love the freedoms that linux gives me for choosing an alternative TTY or file manager.I've been on linux for over a decade as a server admin, and a desktop user for about 5 years. As a former windows user familiar with cmd/powershell and explorer, it can be almost non-intuitive to use Konsole and Dolphin.KDE is especially frustrating with putting "K" on most of their apps.
