#IntroHello linux.pizza and the wider #fediverse!I generallly consider myself "tech-savy" (whatever that means). I'm no expert, but do enjoy searching for info and learning new things.I've used Damn Small Linux, Mepis, and AntiX but went back to Windows 'cause work or something.I started using #linux on desktop full-time in the past year or so (Linux Mint Debian Edition) and I'm not missing Windows one bit.Hoping to learn more and maybe contribute somehow.Anyway, hi.

@strypey Depends on how one defines success, I suppose.He left Friendica, yet development (and deployment) persists without him. Same with Hubzilla.Can't blame the guy for doing what he wants.Might check out Streams.

@strypey Yeah, seems like, with #streams, he's all-in on #ActivityPub now that it's the *de facto* protocol. #Nomad is mostly a stopgap until either AP (or successor protocol) catches up.
