       @mayaisloading Thank you!15 years ago, at age 2, my son went through chemo and needed many blood & platelet transfusions. He survived in part due to generous people like you!I can't donate because of my cardiac meds, after a heart attack 🙁

       @grammargirl I love the concept and design. I understand what they're trying to achieve, as I'm a car nut and familiar with marine & automobile composite construction. As Colin Chapman of Lotus said, "Add lightness." This would absolutely handle 95%+ of my actual driving needs. And it eliminates many of the current EV hassles as a suburban apartment dweller.I want one. I'm rooting for #Aptera, though it feels pricey for what it is.

       @stux That's only a little one here in the land of FreeDumb. Here's the next size up, a Ford F250 Super Duty beside my MX-5 Mazdaspeed. An F350 or Ram 3500 is larger again. I rented the pickup to tow some boats for work. The MX-5 doesn't come up to the window line, and the truck bed isn't long enough to fit much. A Japanese Kei truck has as much cargo space -I'd rather own one of those.Of course and OG Mini makes the MX-5 look big!
