@n3wjack @clive Exactly this. The first time I had Red Bull, I thought it tasted like someone had liquified a Jolly Rancher candy and added carbonation. If I was going to liquify a candy, Jolly Rancher would not be very high up on my list of options. The second (and last) time I had Red Bull was at my bachelor party. It was combined with Jagermeister and I was too drunk to notice how it tasted.

Speaking of dealing with assholes, Is there a term for a person that insists on referring to the Washington #NFL franchise by their previous (and very racist) name? I'll stipulate that "Washington Commanders" is terrible, but a significant improvement over what was in place before.#Sports #Football

@futurebird This is the only thing we should be talking about when someone says they won't vote for Biden because he's not strong on the environment, or hasn't held back inflation, or (gasp!) he's too old: none of that will matter if Trump is allowed to nominate two more SCOTUS justices. SCOTUS should be Issue Number One ahead of everything else for the Dems. It's scary that it is not.

Friend: I wonder if the Gulf Coast 90-degree heat and humidity affected the #Bears. Trick-or-treat report: Weather made for an interesting night. Started at a comfortable 63°F/17°C, dropped to 47°F/8°C in about 30 mins, which normally wouldn't be so bad but also had 45mph wind gusts. Evil Jawa was not as efficient as he could have been, but still finished w/ a decent candy haul. We stopped by #Chicago Bear Kyler Gordon's house, but nobody home. His neighbor on the other side of the cul-de-sac compensated by giving out full size candy bars. 😉🎃🍬 #HappyHalloween2024
