       @GossiTheDog Several concerns added up to make me leave M$ last year. Good decision. Happy and free, this is no concern of mine, and I will just enjoy the afternoon sun. Microsoft is history.

       @Ninji Ex 20+ years Windows MCSE here.I dropped out and deleted my account in 2025 because of the following:-Windows 11 enforcing Microsoft accounts over local- Copilot- Recall- Microsoft 365 subscription scheme- Automatic saving of user data on OneDrive- and for fucking around w/ Group Policy to enforce settings deliberately removed to customer preferences. Bloody Bastards!I'm completely pissed off, and gone for good. Deleted all M$ s/w, no M$ subscriptions. After completion, any Windows machines turned into Linux with LibreOffice and other FOSS s/w (working like a charm), and M$ completely blocked in my home network via DNS.Thank god I don't have to work with M$ anymore, so the above could easily be achieved. I am aware that not everyone can jump ship, but I pity you.
