       SHA.1has officially reached the end of his life according to #NIST. https://tinyurl.com/kpmvbcnxThe agency is now recommending to replace SHA-1with newer algorithms that are more secure.  But what about git commit histories? Currently is possible to experimentally use sha256 for new repos. But what about the old ones? Are we gonna lose histories? #cryptography #git
