@rms I left three weeks ago, closed down the account because I couldn't run the risk of even looking at a site which begins with a menacing X. This isn't working well, but as it's the only social media I 'do', I've returned and shall persist.

@EU_Commission Unwise to be so unequivocal. Hamas's incursion was brutal and will trigger the murder of hundreds more on both sides, but this shows a poor understanding of a complex situation.

@grayface_ghost Agreed. I don't like Abbott as a person at all - friend has had disagreeable dealings with her - but she does her job and the juxtaposition with the Elphicke debacle makes Starmer look very bad indeed. Just what he doesn't need now, yet it's of his own making.

I can only point folk here in the direction of an excellent article. But it seems it's a complete waste of time. Mastodon is the only option for me social media wise, but it's close to useless.
