A remarkable statement in a judgment against US government.Rare to see a government defence described in such stark terms by a judge. This is judicial comment turned up to 11, so to speak.Am not following this case as closely as I am following the deportations case.(I decided that as I am not an American lawyer, it was better to know one case well, than a number superficially.)But looking at this judgment, the same lack of care by US government and legal flimsiness is plain.
