       - some said, the world peace = all weapon be centralized and social situation are controlled very strictly by the government- I can say that is also peace, if only the government is truly led by moral teacher- or if there's a tower which can beam a type of signal to conflicting tribes all around the world in a moment notice to dissuade conflict, maybe that's also world peace- but to think again in essence even if there's no fight (yet), I cannot sure that there is peace at the moment, when people are disgruntled out of certain condition that's also some conflict potential- maybe world peace can be achieved when the majority of the people has standardized their own morality standard to a point, rejecting government effort to create a larger war and cope the war to the smaller scope. But, that cannot be automatically happening it needs world wide tragedy first- I don't know about world peace, maybe meditate?
