@atomicpoet @fediversenews Twitter has groups in the form of private conversations where only invitees can participate. Works well. Use it every day. However, I don’t know how to create a group or join a group in Mastodon. Hasn’t been explained in a way easily accessible to new users, to my knowledge. Seems like a “secret feature”.

@stux The Democratic Party will perform better at all levels when they are lead by a better communicator than Biden. He was running against the weakest, most flawed candidate possible in all of US history and couldn’t convince voters he was the best candidate and that his party was the best choice for voters. Kamala will be able to do a better job, I’m sure, as would any of four or five other potential Democratic Party candidates with whom the public already are familiar.
