@tuxicoman @jz It's pretty easy: Just leave it as-is (platforms have to remove what is reported to them) or give them a chance to get the money made with illegal uploads on a comercial platform...

@tuxicoman @jz But at least in germany, everyone is in charge of claming his rights, if you don't report a crime, nothing will happen, i find it a bit strange to change that only for this point

@tuxicoman @jz My point is just, that #article13 isn't even an enhancement for creators so it is not necessary to have a better idea, because the current state is not ideal, but in fact better than what is they just agreed on...

@54n74n4 nicht zu vergessen, dass sie nur von ihren Eltern dazu missbraucht wird, dafür zu sorgen, dass ihr Haus nicht abbrennt, sie gefälligst ein Konzept für den Feuerwehreinsatz vorzulegen hat, wie sie es wagen kann, jetzt die Feuerwehr zu rufen, obwohl sie doch auch schon Kerzen angezündet hat und wie sie von der Feuerwehr verlangen kann, die Straße vor dem Haus für den Einsatz zu sperren, immer diese Verbote!

@mig @leah Das sehe ich anders. Im Gegensatz zur Impfung hat Covid-19 bekannte Langzeitfolgen. In meinem Umfeld war es zum Glück "nur" der bis jetzt anhaltende partielle Verlust des Geruchssinns, aber es gibt noch viel heftigere Möglichkeiten, die auch junge Menschen ohne bekannte Vorerkrankungen treffen können.
