@LodedDiaper if "just another 20 minutes" lasts until 8am, then you have to sleep all day, accomplishing nothing, leaving you largely useless for real work for a week while you try to correct your sleep cycle, then it happens again, that's what addiction looks like. it can be alcohol, marijuana, videogames, porn, tvtropes.org, or internet arguments. the addiction is brain chemistry.

@augustus I do like their "everyone is allowed to make one's own mistakes, and it's not our place to judge" thing, but you kind of have to decipher their ..I guess custom vocabulary(?) to get to it.

@randymarsh Ok first, there's no partition in the box to prevent outside air to immediately flow to the hose.But more importantly, if the mask doesn't have a sophisticated valve to vent outgoing breath, then you're just breathing your own CO2 inside the hose. Depending on lung capacity and hose length, you might not even get any oxygen.I'm also not sure such a tiny plant can meaningfully contribute.I don't hate what they're going for here, but no.

@freemo @trinsec I developed this ability through gradual exposure to "if only you knew how bad things really are", but have found the consequence that it has made it more difficult to generally remember anything. Beware.
