@BrodieOnLinux Thank you for honest review. This overhyped terminal is not worth it. Wezterm has all it's features for years and nobody cares, even if it was written in Rust.

@BrodieOnLinux Page assist is working with local #ollama and you can choose the best model for you and your hardware. Works much better than orbit, could translate page locally, etchttps://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/page-assist/

@farcaller You can always have project local variables using directory variableshttps://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Directory-Variables.html

@datenwolf @nico I'm using Sway since 2020. I'm glad you were dismissed. Buggy X11 will gone and nobody will care about old garbage.

@tusharhero @mintbug I see no point in this, elisp is used in tons of packages and nobody will convert them to #Commonlisp for example. My #emacs is starting less than second, integrated with lsp servers for perfect development experience. I'm super happy

@devalot @holl What is the problem with starting fresh instance every time? If you configure it correctly it takes less than second. I use #emacs for editing text areas in browsers too.

@tusharhero @devalot @holl Everybody is doing this right now, as every new tab is completely separate process. As for #emacs , it is not design this, it has too many global shared stuff, which confuse me a lot.

@tusharhero @devalot I use oo many terminal tools which are not working in Emacs. Don't want to waste my time on it. I use #emacs only for text editing and coding.
