Unpopular take:If you use a cargo-bike as your daily-driver & for commerceAnd that's all you use,You will -over the years- get it dialled in to where you need it to be.& Despite the cost, you really should duplicate it, have a *Hot Spare* charged, aired up & ready to ride.because as the miles pile up,you're going to load up to go, and line-check that 'funny' thing you've noticed recentlyand despite the tight schedule & sucky weather, you need overhaul maint *NOW!* Right Now!

well:Catering gig went well.i whined y/day that she wanted to drive stuff over rather than have me cargo-bike it:1) gig grew to 2x, I wouldn't have been able to haul it in 1 go2) this is *her* thing. She wants her hands & eyes on the presentation. Always has adjustments & corrections to my setup. Always the council of the years of doing this for realBut!She did walkaway, and let me have it, and I did the strike & load-out solo. Saved her a lot of time/headache. win:win

just -without any intent- got into a race *on my bike*,with a 10y/o prius pilot, with all the happy-joy stickerzpunish-passed, race to the light, & they won! 20-over posted limit, but *win*!2 lights later, I pulled into the conv store, and they were fueling.the so-called 'left' & right come 2gether for a big group-hug when it's about bikes&cars.chonky, trade-y types I oft see in 5ton+ rigs honk&waveideology is meaningless.the left isn't your friendthe rt, not nec u'r enemybe kind
