Tried to click on this youtube video, but it was 'protected' so I had to sign in (I don't use google anymore, my 2022 actions). Then after signing in, It was blocked behind a 'this is harmful' banner. So I downloaded it, couldn't. So I recorded it with OBS and here is the result. I like Tim, I scan his content but I won't sit down to listen to a 20 min. talk on something that can be broadcast in 2 min. tops. it is a lot of words, and some podcasters really like the sound of their own voice...

that's why; on sundays, I make a pan of soup. Tuna salad, a regular salad, egg pancakes, and other stuff that normally need cooking but I now can just grab during the week when in need of a quick lunch/bite. It's called 'planning'. As in, to 'plan ahead'. You should try it sometime
