Max Velocity has thin skin: keeps deleting my comments recommending people check out Mr. Weatherman if they want to know more about tropical weather. @mrman I don’t know… if the pitcher can throw at batter the batter should be able to bunt like that and level the pitcher and only be called out, not tossed from the game.

@PNS If is my position that a mandatorily added gratuity is fraud as the word "gratuity" means "freely given." If you want to impose a service charge for some reason then that's fine as long as that is disclosed up front and isn't illegal by its nature but if you call it a gratuity I'm going to call it fraud and treat it accordingly.
