So I’m noticing that following people is spotty. I’ll find an old friend on another instance and follow, then get a pending. Do some instances default to users need to approve new follows? Is it due to the scale up issues around migration? Is there a best practice to follow? #twittermigration #fediverse

So not an intro per say, but a general cat intro/welcome to my hobby. I foster cats and kittens for Austin Pets Alive. I specialize in medical and hospice (#pawspice) #FosterCats, and #neonatal #kittens. I’m pretty upfront about day to day operations, and that’s some of the appeal. You see good days and rough ones. Just realizing that my intro post got lost when @SDF had a server hiccup a few weeks back. Intro quick version- human and cat wrangler. Human side- emotional support human for an #alzheimers patient.
