@Boomerman I dont understand their strategy, most protest movements are bankrolled by foundations or rich patrons and the protests are just one of many tactics their funders use. Is njp sitting on serious stacks of cash? Is their strategy just "do thing in public"? What is the goal and how do their resources get them there? If their money cant get them there then what are they going to change?If specific answers cant be given for pragmatic reasons then thats cool ill go back to not caring.

@Boomerman Depends on the century (19th century socialists and 20th century feminists had different requirements). Generally you need to be able to employ multiple organizers across the country full time, have your own media outlets and connections to national ones, several student groups and sympathetic lecturers (preferably with tenure) and enough lawyers and bail funds to manage your criminal elements.Today you would need a warchest in the tens of millions minimum, hundreds of millions if its a long fight.

@Boomerman Past movements put pressure on legislative, beuracratic and educational parts of society, the resources were aimed at effecting change through people who already had power by convincing them or intimidating them or gathering a large enough crowd to force them into codifying the social revolutions goals. They were aiming a lot higher than imprisoning one nigger
