On pages 25–29, Hinkle addresses Eknes-Tucker, the 11th Circuit ruling reversing a preliminary injunction against Alabama’s similar ban as to minors, and other prior decisions. Florida is in the 11th Circuit, so this analysis is key to his being able to rule how he does.

So, Judge Reed O'Connor is now case-shopping to attack LGBTQ people. O'Connor doesn't have one of the dozen or so cases challenging the Biden administration's Title IX rules, so, today he issued a 112-page ruling over earlier "guidance" that purports to block future action as well.
