I'm behind the GFW, China's internet censorship which blocks Twitter, Facebook, and more.Because https://merveilles.town is self hosted, I get to access it without having to circumvent censorship.Independence pays off :)

Discovered a mac command line trick today :>If you have a task that needs to run a long time, you can use && and || to make it report its status to you when it's done. e.g.`git clone <repo url> && say "Download successful" || say "Download failed"`

Our hackerspace's new location was scheduled to open few months ago, but Shanghai lockdown left it abandoned for 3 months straight.Vines have grown into the space, through gaps in the window.#solarpunk
