@Teri_Kanefield it is definitely really bad! The API is the thing behind basically the entire website. When parts of it break... things start to break in exciting and unexpected ways, fixing it is usually complicated especially after you fire everyone with knowledge of how things are interconnected 🤣

@Teri_Kanefield Awesome! there's tons of tribal knowledge at companies like Twitter too, documentation is often one of the things neglected in order to develop features faster or other priorities. There's no doubt a call bridge right now where they're all running around trying to put out small fires any one of which may or may not fix the problem 😬

@Teri_Kanefield I clarified my reply to you (not that mine matters in the grand scheme 🤣) - I totally get this is an admission of guilt and so its a win! The reason I found it concerning is that in the court of public opinion a settlement makes things go away much quicker for Fox vs spending weeks or months in the news. You know how quickly the cycle moves here, its nauseating. I'm curious if there are any other clauses in the settlement other than cash.

The now abandoned concrete snow shed in the former town of Wellington, WA. This snow shed was built after the deadliest avalanche in US History to protect the track from future disasters. Mind blowing to me that I am having to consider buying a computer out of my own pocket to do my job. I've had to do this many times over the years, but never expected I'd have to do it working for such a large company.It's like a carpenter not being assigned with a working hammer. It's a drop in the bucket but companies never invest properly in tools for their employees.Never.
