@ijyx yes. Unless you have a very specific setup already (you likely don’t) you will lose files when the installer formats your disk. Even if you have things set up so you can do it without data loss, still take a backup. It’s too easy to select the wrong option and blow your files away when installing an OS.

@darrenoneill the WHO doesn’t say anything like what you are claiming. They state that if a test is marginal then you should retest. They also remind people of false positives. Nowhere do they make any claims about a PCT test not being sufficient
