Been thinking about the proposed requirements for over 70s to have a mandatory eye test on the grounds of safety every three years instead of self-declaringThere was an old gent (at least 80) asleep in the driver's seat of a brand-new looking and GIGANTIC 7-seat Kia SUV in the supermarket car park, am sure he could only just have seen over the wheel even if he was awake Am sure more lives would be saved if they legislate the maximum size vehicle old people can drive

@mhjohnson In the UK a license lasts 10 years up to the age of 70 then you have to self-certify every 3 years at no costThey are finally talking about mandatory eye checks as I mentioned
