       @stux this seems a bit inflammatory - not sure if this is true in all aircraft maintenance shops, but when I worked a summer on a flight line (helicopters, mostly) the critical nuts were secured with safety wire ties, for just that reason.https://nci.edu/2022/04/04/everything-you-need-to-know-about-safety-wire/#:~:text=Safety%20wire%20is%20a%20necessary,part%2C%20and%20then%20twisted%20again.

       @freemo interesting thread. My grandfather was a Master Mason and Shriner, and I was in DeMolay briefly - but I can't remember how to do the handshake ;)If you go that route, the biggest question in my mind is 'what kind of miniature car' would you drive in parades?
