@itnewsbot it’s really gross how everyone seems to willfully misconstrue the meaning of this law to imply it requires releasing remote control of a car to anyone. That’s not what the law says, but that’s what auto makers want it to say, so that they can just ignore it and don’t have to do work to make their system open to third party mechanics or home repair.

@futurebird I just read this for the first time recently! It was quite good, but I couldn’t help feeling like I was missing some of the commentary within it that I’ve seen others talk about. Maybe it was just a bit too subtle for me or something? I’m not sure. Definitely going to continue the series to see if I pick it up on further reading though

@futurebird @aredridel Andor, particularly the first season, is barely Star Wars. It’s a story about how to start a revolution, with a sci fi backdrop. It’s also in my opinion the best thing out there with the Star Wars label, and puts every other Star Wars movie or show to shame. I don’t disagree with your overall point at all, but I really don’t think it applies to Andor in this case
