@Brycicle It helps some people with eczema or fully-body dandruff. Water rinse -> light detergent/soap wash -> vinegar rinse/soak (if it burns, rinse it away) -> deep soap wash.It helped me, though the doctor who diagnosed it used a catchall and acted like a moron, so I doubt that was my actual problem. He didn't recommend vinegar, I was using that for other reasons and discovered that it helped more than expected. However, that might be because of extraordinarily hard water; I can't say.

A lot of fringe candidates don't bother or don't qualify for the ballot, but they are still legitimate candidates and can be elected by write-in ballot.What he's *implying* is that anybody who isn't on a government-sanctioned list is unelectable.
