With Covid cases on the rise, and a recent personal exposure, I noticed that some of our antigen tests had expired. I also learned that expiration dates for many tests had been extended based on subsequent tests by manufacturers. Before you throw out expired tests, check to see whether the expiration dates have been extended by cross referencing manufacturer lots at this FDA site. https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/coronavirus-covid-19-and-medical-devices/home-otc-covid-19-diagnostic-tests#list#COVID #COVID19

@clive I'm a big fan of memorizing poetry. As a young man I had a CD of famous poets reading their poetry, as far back as Walt Whitman. I can still hear Theodore Roethke's booming voice and precise cadence anytime someone around me starts a sentence with, "I knew a woman..." My brain finishes the poem from there: "...lovely in her bones, When small birds sighed, she would sigh back at them..."

@xkcd I like the topologically-maximalist snake's inherent multi-dimensional motivation here. Really brings it home for me.
