Going through Twitter and I see this in the comments. Today had been a ruff day for the NFL.Years ago my wife and I attend a BYU hockey game and a youngman died from a slap shot to the chest. It was tragic. They have changed all shoulder pads to protect the chest so I don't think it was the hit to the chest. It could havebeen but I don't think so. And there was this poor former player. @adam @Johncdvorak I'm a high school lacrosse official and before every game we have the coach certify that each of the players is wearing the approved chest protection. Football pad are going to have chest protection that is beyond anything you would have in a high school lacrosse game. I just don't see how it could be the hit.

Monday night I thought about this. In 2005 I attend a BYU hockey game. This freshman took a slap shot to the chest and fell to the ice. He then jumped up skated off the ice and fell behind the team wall. He never got up again. They took him off the ice doing chest competition. I will never forget it.Now I'm a High School Lacrosse official. Before each game we have to make sure that the players are wearing proper protection. @neanderthalsnavel and that's the thing. It's a Puck and a hardball not a things that have pads already built into them. I just don't see how that impact with proper equipment would have caused this to happen.

Long covid will go away within a year but with the Vax you have less risk. We continue to let these reporter get away with not reporting anything real. What is less risk.
